1° Step - Photo-emulsion

In our studio, we precisely apply the photo-emulsion to screen printing frames. Every action is executed with care to ensure perfection, maintaining the quality of our branded products.

2° Step - Graphic impressing

Then, the process for impressing our graphics onto screen printing frames involves transferring the design onto a transparent film, placing it onto the frame coated with photosensitive emulsion, and exposing it to UV light. This hardens the exposed emulsion, creating a stencil of the graphic on the frame. We then wash off the unexposed emulsion, leaving behind a ready-to-print stencil.

3° Step - Printing

Upon finishing the creation of the printing frames, we progress to the printing stage. We carefully align the frame with your Hoodie and manually press the ink into the cotton fabric. Making sure the print came out perfectly, we then finish up the work by letting the ink dry
